88% of students feel that the school has clear rules and consequences for behavior.
Additionally, 85% of students are thinking about what careers they might like to pursue as related to their interests!
91% of families feel comfortable calling the school to express a concern.

Improvement Opportunities
- 59% of students say most students at school are able to work out disagreements with other students.
- 64% of families say they have opportunities to participate in their child’s school.
- 62% of staff believe that most students meet behavioral expectations.
Next Steps
- We will continue to strengthen restorative practices, increase use of the Student Success Center and Restorative Dean supports, and intentionally teach conflict-resolution skills through advisory and classroom practices.
- We will expand family engagement opportunities and continue creating accessible ways for families to connect with staff and school leadership throughout the year.
- We will continue supporting staff through consistent behavior systems, shared strategies, and collaborative problem-solving to improve student behavior and sustain positive working conditions.
